AH-SA/B Solar Airfield Light wordt speciaal gebruikt op permanente luchthavens/heliports waar kabelstroom niet handig is of op tijdelijke helipads. Het lichte gewicht maakt het voor de gebruiker heel gemakkelijk om de AH-SA/B mee te nemen en te verplaatsen.
Fragiele koppelingen moeten indien nodig apart worden betaald.
