AH-HP-CHAPI LED CHAPI Heliport naderingspadindicatoren
De LED CHAPI Heliport Approach Path Indicators (CHAPI) maakt gebruik van LED-technologie om de piloot een veilige en nauwkeurige glijhelling te bieden bij de uiteindelijke nadering van het helikopterplatform.Een set van twee LED CHAPI Light Housing Assemblies (LHA's) wordt door de piloot gezien in combinaties van wit, groen en rood om een pad aan te geven dat te hoog, te laag of binnen de glijhelling van 6° ±0°15' ligt.
